Gary N. Foley, Attorney-at-Law

Gary N. Foley received a B.A. and an M.B.A from Loyola University, Chicago, as well as a J.D. from Northern Illinois University. He is a licensed attorney in both State and Federal courts in Illinois, Federal Courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and Wisconsin. In addition, he is a Certified Arbitrator in Illinois and Cook, Lake, and McHenry Counties. He writes and lectures on various legal topics and has received awards for Appellate Advocacy. He has also served as a Special Illinois Appellate Prosecutor. He has also served as an Antioch and Round Lake Beach Teen Court Judge, in addition to Round Lake Beach Planning Commissioner as well as representing the Village of Round Lake Beach in various capacities. U.S. Army Reserves, Illinois Army National Guardsman, Round Lake Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and is a member of all major bar associations. He practices primarily in all civil matters related to Bankruptcy, Debtor/Creditor, Estate Planning, and Real Estate Law in both Federal and State Court.

James H. Hall, Associate Attorney

James H. Hall, Jr: Mr. Hall has been practicing law in the state of Illinois since November, 2004. He graduated cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in May of 2004. While there he served as Magister of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. A Chicago native, Mr. Hall returned to Illinois and began practicing upon admission to the bar. He has appeared in state court on numerous civil litigation and traffic matters. Mr. Hall specializes in consumer bankruptcy and has worked in high volume firms. He currently provides his clients with strategic, long-term planning in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 to maximize asset protection and reduce unsecured, secured and priority debts. Jeanine F. Lee, Office Manager

Jeanine Lee has been the Office Manager at Gary N. Foley, P.C. since February of 2009. She maintains and oversees all of the day to day activities of the office, in addition Civil Litigation case preparation. In addition to her work responsibilities, Jeanine is currently pursuing her Paralegal Certificate at the College of Lake County. Additionally, Jeanine achieved a Bachelors Degree in Administration of Justice with a Minor in Sociology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in May 1999. Jeanine is a member of the Lake County Bar Association, as well as, a volunteer with the Round Lake Beach Chamber of Commerce.

Chyrel L. Rivera, Bankruptcy Paralegal

Chyrel has 10 years experience in the legal field with 4 of the 10 years focusing on Bankruptcy. Chyrel assists attorneys in the process of preparation, completion and post-discharge matters in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. Chyrel also handles contact with clients to help assist with any non-legal bankruptcy questions or concerns, as well as contact between creditors and clients regarding reaffirmation agreements and creditor/client workouts. Chyrel has prepared and electronically filed 1000+ petitions and has experience working with high volume firms and has knowledge in using several different types of Bankruptcy Software such as Best Case, Bankruptcy 2010 and EZ Filing. Chyrel is starting classes in spring 2010 to obtain her Paralegal Certificate.
